  • Inventory levels do not apply, as items are produced individually

  • Printful may substitute fulfillment facilities based on inventory or routing

We are not responsible for how third-party providers operate, but we ensure they follow industry-standard compliance.

8. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Your order may ship from different Printful fulfillment centers depending on:

  • Stock availability

  • Routing efficiency

  • Destination country

Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy, but these are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Customs

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Local postal errors

Once a package is marked Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final, except in cases of:

  • Misprints

  • Wrong item received
