Refund policy

All our products are printed on demand, which means every item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed. For this reason, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to prevent misuse and ensure fairness to all customers.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee Period (15 Days)
You must report any issue within 15 days of receiving your order.
After 14 days, all products are considered accepted, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Conditions
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund ONLY if:
✔ The product arrives damaged or defective
Examples:

Tears, holes, broken stitching

Poor or incorrect print

Misaligned graphics

Severe fading or peeling upon arrival
✔ The wrong item or variant was delivered

Incorrect size shipped

Incorrect color

Incorrect design
✔ The order has a production-related issue
Validated by Printful’s quality team.
To process an approved claim, the customer must submit clear photographic evidence.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Conditions
Refunds WILL NOT be issued under any of the following circumstances:
❌ Wrong size, fit, or color chosen by the customer
Please refer to our detailed size guide before placing your order.
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
❌ Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
❌ Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or local post office
❌ Minor color variations due to screen display differences
❌ Minor print variations that fall within POD manufacturing tolerances
(±1 inch alignment shift, small color shading differences)
❌ Items marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received
Unless a formal carrier investigation confirms loss.
❌ Normal wear & tear after usage
❌ Claims made without required documentation (photos, label, order number)
4. Required Documentation for All Claims
To investigate and approve a request, you must provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the item showing the defect

Photo of the shipping label

A brief description of the issue

For wrong items: a photo of the product received

For damaged packages: a photo of the packaging
Claims without complete documentation cannot be processed.
5. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows Delivered, but the customer can’t locate the package:
Before contacting us, please check:

Mailbox

Neighbors
-
Building office/security

Local post office

Household members
If still missing, a carrier investigation must be opened.
We cannot refund packages marked delivered unless the carrier confirms loss.
If the carrier declares it lost, we will send a replacement.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address Policy
If the customer enters an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

The order cannot be refunded

If the item is returned to our partner, reshipping fees will apply

The customer must provide the correct address for reshipment
Address errors are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders begin production within 2–6 hours.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production

If requested before production starts, cancellation is not guaranteed
8. Return Shipping Policy
If the return is approved (defective/wrong item):
✔ Return shipping is free
✔ Replacement or refund is issued at no cost
If the return is NOT eligible but accepted on a case-by-case:
❌ Customer pays return shipping
❌ Handling fees may apply
❌ Refund amount may be adjusted
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
9. Step-by-Step Refund & Replacement Process

Email info@gamesontees.com within 14 days of delivery, including all required documentation.
2. Review (1–2 Business Days)
Our team verifies the claim with Printful’s quality control team.
3. Inspection (If Required)
We may request additional photos or the return of the product.
4. Resolution
Once approved, you may choose:

Full refund
5. Refund Processing Time

Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days

PayPal: Instant or 1–3 business days

Other payment methods: Varies by bank
If you have not received your refund after the expected period, please check with your financial institution before contacting us.
10. Important Guidelines
