Thank you for choosing GamesOnTees. All products are printed on demand using Printful’s production network.

Please review the shipping details carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

• After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, production typically begins within 2 business days.

• Production (printing + packing) may take up to 2 business days before the order enters the shipping queue.

• If there are any unusual delays (e.g., high order volumes, supply shortages), we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping, Tracking & Notification

• Once the item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

• You can track your shipment until it arrives at the destination.

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other disruptions. (Printful’s own estimates: production + shipping combined) Printful+2Printful+2

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Fee

¹ These are estimates only. Peak season, carrier delays, customs or remote locations may extend delivery times.

Note: At this time, we do not ship to US military bases (APO/FPO/DPO). We apologize for any inconvenience.

4. Shipping Limitations

• We cannot ship to multiple addresses in one checkout/order.

• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

  • Refusal to accept the package by the customer

  • Carrier attempts at delivery failed

  • Customs, duties, import taxes, or local regulations

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs

• Orders shipped internationally (or from a fulfillment facility in another region) may incur customs duties, import taxes, or fees at the destination country. These are paid by the customer and we are not responsible for them. Printful+1

• We cannot refund or resend orders due to customer-incurred customs/duty fees.

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

• If your package has not arrived within 30 calendar days of the shipping date, please open an inquiry with us at info@gamesontees.com. We will review the shipping tracking and work with the carrier.

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check: mailbox, building reception, neighbours, etc. If still missing, contact the carrier first, then us.

• We cannot issue a refund for an order marked “Delivered” by the carrier unless a formal lost-in-transit claim is confirmed by the carrier.

• GamesOnTees reserves the right to cancel or refuse a resend if the carrier documents show refusal or multiple failed delivery attempts.

7. Address Mistakes & Reshipments

• If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned to our fulfillment facility, you may request a reshipment. However:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the resend

  • We cannot refund the original shipping cost

• Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order; once production starts or shipping is initiated, changes may not be possible.

8. Order Cancellation & Changes

• Because we use Printful’s make-on-demand process, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production begins (typically within 0-2 business hours after ordering).

• If you Contact us immediately before production begins, we will attempt to stop the order, but cannot guarantee cancellation or changes.

9. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Related Only)

• If the product arrives and you qualify under our Return & Refund Policy (damage/wrong item), we will arrange a replacement and cover shipping if eligible.

• If you require an exchange due to size/fit etc., you will cover the shipping cost and wait for re-production.
